For someone that doesn’t have much time for video games, I seem to be playing a lot of them lately. Honestly, it’s a bit of a coping mechanic from being sick once again over the last month and change; I just stream whatever it is I play and share my triumphs and/or fails. I purchased an Elgato HD60, as well as an AV to HDMI converter, so I can use real hardware to play my older consoles.
So far it’s been a blast, between doing some Hyrule Warrior: Definitive Edition streams (finally done with it, minus two side stages) –
….to streaming my first attempt at a complete playthrough of Champions: Return to Arms on the PS2, for the first time in well over a decade –
….and even complete randomness, like playing a Madden NFL game for the first time since 2010, and it being Madden NFL 2000 on the PSX, and getting an interception on the first play from scrimmage –
I plan on adding consoles such as the Nintendo 64, Xbox, PlayStation, and so on, while playing some of the new releases I deem worthwhile.
I don’t have a 100% set schedule, as I really can’t tell what’s going to happen a day from now, but this is roughly what I have for now (all EST):
- Mon: 10/11am/12pm til 8pm/12am
- Tues: 10/11am/12pm til 6/7pm (maybe a couple hours after 10pm)
- Wed: 10/11am/12pm til 8pm/12am
- Thurs: 12/2pm til 6/7pm
- Fri: 6pm til 9pm (may turn into an off day, or a themed night due to brevity)
- Sat: OFF usually (will update on Twitter if plans change)
- Sun: Random times after 4pm til 12-3am

I’m wanting to do some RPG’s and other games I’ve either never played, never completed, or or haven’t played/completed in a very long time. Some of the games on my short list, in no order, include (but may or may never be played):

- Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (XB)
- Chrono Cross (PSX)
- Suikoden (PSX)
- The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (Wii)
- Final Fantasy VII (PSX)
- Persona 4 (PS2)
Other titles I’ll most likely have day one (or if I’m able to and not get banned, before then) include Detroit: Become Human (about to enter the third act on Friday’s stream):
and possibly Vampyr (got it early, though I might be unwilling to restart this particular game from scratch). I did a bit of Mega Man Legacy Collection 1+2 for the Switch last week as well:
I’m also going to be investing in a streaming PC, so I can stop using the laptop I purchased for my trip to Los Angeles and E3 last year. Laptop works very well for it, but it’s not the most ideal thing to have my laptop as the primary box at home. Also, for some of these games, primarily anything I decide to playthrough to completion, I will be exporting to YouTube and putting them into a playlist.
Just got my sub button done today too, so I am definitely invested into this venture!
