Beyond the already mentioned Mario, Bowser and Princess Peach Super Mario Odyssey themed Amiibos announced at E3,  we have a number of other Amiibos coming down the pipe throughout the rest of this year.

We will be seeing a myriad of franchises represented, from Fire Emblem, to Metroid to even Bayonetta by way of Super Smash Bros, with functionality working on at least the franchises they are representing (the four Champions will all be Breath of the Wild read-only compatible, Inkling Boy read and write compatible for Splatoon 2, etc), though what benefits they give is still up in the air.
